VLCC Healthcare Ltd. — Compalint Regarding Weight Loss Package

Hi VLCC This is to inform that I am a loyal cutomer of VLCC from last 5-6 years. I have packages that were costing huge, I didn't have any complain but now I am facing certain issues. I have taken a package of VLCC-Indirapuram, Ghaziabad for weight loss of 10 kgs from Meenakshi (Head) dated on 17/2/2014. After few days i.e. 1/3/2014 another employee of VLCC Meenakshi Tyagi-Employee ID- 12695 have offered me a benefit package that along with 10 kgs you can take 5 kgs + 5 TT package in less amount, total amount was Rs. 35600/- I took that package as a trust factor. After that I have taken a package of herbal weight loss around 40k, its also pending. Now, the employee has resigned that I don't care & other employee of VLCC are saying that this 5 kgs were not entered in the system, I have shown them the bill but now they are saying that it is not signed. Let me know if I am wrong some your employee is resigning so why I should bear the loss. I can show the bill as well. But this is how you treat your customers than its bad.
