Dear Sir/ Madam, I am witting this letter to bring your attention that I have been misbehaved and misguided by your staff whose names are harkirat-(Dietitian cum counselor) rude and arrogant girl & sarvesh ranjan (sales person) at VLCC HEALTH CARE LIMITED Asha Heights 3/4c, Bhupindra Road located at Patiala, Punjab .They are cheating clients with false promises. I am thyroid patient and my left knee has also been operated at mumbai due to MPFL Reconstruction. In my first meeting I disclosed all my problems with harkirat that firstly, I cant come regularly for sessions and Secondly I cant do whisk walking at that time she was ok with my problems and concerns she assured and guaranteed me for my weight reduction. She told me that no issue madam the day you will come it will be counted on that basis. On her commitment I paid for program. Now she is refusing from her word. I paid for 5kg weight loss program in which I was assured and guaranteed for my weight reduction. I was very serious to reduce my weight since the program began, there has been a lot of focus on diet and I reduced 3kg weight . But, due to my knee operation I cant use stairs regularly, but then also I use to go to VLCC to take slimming sessions. Many a times I have got knee cramps and swelling due to regular use of stairs and as well as the bad cold weather too affected me I was on bed rest for some days in between my sessions during winters. But when I rejoin my sessions my weight was increased again and I was send back from VLCC without having any slimming session, by saying that first reduce your gained wait and then only we will give you next session .If I have to reduce by my own why i would have joined here? . They treat me so rudely, now I am thinking of filling an harassment case against them. My time and my money both got wasted and at last I lost my patience. I am talking about the services I took on 14/9/2013, package no:[protected] and want to let you know that I am very upset and disappointed with your staff’s behavior . It is my request that your management should look in to the problem because they are ruining your company and brand name. I request you to address this issue with immediate attention and will look forward to your replies within shortest time.
