[Resolved]  VLCC Healthcare Ltd. — Requested for firming and toning... Offered a package for weight loss

Specifically requested for toning and firming of belly and thigh areas. Ms. Swetha explained everything in detail, put up a package together for which an amount of 62K was paid in full. After 4 sessions, she comes and tells me that toning and firming was not included in the package. Either she is poorly trained or trying to rip me off. Unhappy the way things are handled here, even though she apologized here remedy is to pay extra money and avail 7 extra sessions.The facility is very poorly maintained, not sure if sanitized products are used, toilets missing seats and no bathroom tissues. On an average paying close to Rs.4000 per session which is not customized to my requirement. Very unhappy client!!!
