Refund to the Bank Account

I had purchased a product on Vlebazaar which I cancelled immediately because it was not compatible. The cancellation was processed and refund amount was transferred in the wallet account. I asked them to transfer the amount to original source payment bank account. I have been contacting them since 3 months and they old respond by saying it will be done next week.
