I ordered a Bluetooth headset on[protected] on vlebazaar. the order id for the earphone is #2429638. The product is not delivered yet. there was no cash on delivery option, so money is also paid for it. Now I'm trying to cancel that order, but it is not taking the cancel request. while cancelling the item it asks me to contact the customer service. I contacted that also and they said they will cancel from their side and money will be refunded...

I want my refund to this number-[protected].I don't want any transactions into vlebazaar wallet.Don't check my patience till consumer court reach you.I want my money as early as possible.I have all proofs against you.And already complained to consumer court.If you don't refund my amount as early as possible to my number.I'll raise more complaints with multiple numbers, till your fake business shutdowns...

I'm complaining about my refund

I have been ordered Havells 5in1 hair styler from vlebazaar at july18th.I didn't received my product yet.one day they sent message that your order was cancelled.But didn't received any refund.I have raised many complaints from july18th to now.But no use.Now they said they paid money to vlebazaar wallet.How can we get money from wallet.I want direct transfer to my bank account or gpay.i paid 1899 on buying this product...

Different cheap damaged model is received.

I ordered a "DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 PRO Blue " that turned out to be of very poor quality, far below the standard I expected, and it was a completely different model than what I had ordered. Despite my request for a refund, I have not received any response or action regarding the return and refund process. The customer service representative has been unhelpful and unresponsive. It's been a month, and I'm still dealing with these issues....

No Response and Order not Despatched

Still my order is not despatched yet, ordered on 15th July..

Several times i called to [protected] this number, after waiting 10 mins and while waiting queue in 1, call disconnect with voice message as "all are busy, try some time"

I tried to cancel also, not able to do so.. getting error msg as "something happened, contact customer care"...

I want full refund as soon as possible, I did payed 5899 ruppees via gpay.

I ordered my Samsung M30 from Vlebazaar on 12th july'2023. It was to be first dispatched on 13th and then 15th. But it has been over 20 days, and still there is no response yet of even dispatching the products.

Order Cancellation not possible

Have ordered the product on 3rd July 2023, but it wasnt dispatched till 19th July so I tried to cancel the order but its not getting cancelled. Customer care is not responding to calls and there is no resolution on tickets raised.
