Non compliance, non response and fraudulent charging of customers

It's been a troublesome journey so far. The local vodafone office in manipal issued us a low data plan sim for our iot trackers.

57 inr, 10 sms, 150 mb data, deposit of 300 inr per sim

After repeated requests, mails, calls and trying to reach them they have intentionally

1. Billed for over usage inspite of asking them for data locks.
2. Have not replied to mails seeking clarifications and...

Whenever i recharge any amount for my prepaid connection i get an sms saying a pack has been activated like super model pack and money is deducted from my main balance. I have not asked for it to be activated anytime. This is unacceptable from vodafone. I had 21 rupees deducted yesterday and 50 rupees some time ago. Please look into this matter urgently...

I usually receive SMS from vodafone detailing about subscriptions o[censored]nwanted services (fashionbunny.com, etc). Though I did not subscribe to any service and money is deducted from my main balance. When I call to customer service, it says "sorry, we are unable to process your request".

Wrong billing done on my postpaid number 9820618723

We had received a excessive bill for our Vodafone data card in the month of August 2016. ( July - August, 2016 Billing ) . The rent of the Data card is approx. Rs 850 . p.m under the data plan given to us . The excessive bill wrongly charged to us is approx. Rs 1400 over and above the monthly rental of Rs 850. We Had received the total bill for approx. Rs . 2200 in August . We made the monthly rental payment for Rs. 850 on 22nd August 2016....

Vodafone Customer Care person denying to deactivate my SIM

I've a postpaid connection from Vodafone service provider. Now when I want to deactivate the same number, they are saying that they can't deactivate the SIM until I personally approach them at their stores.
As the days are going by, the bill keeps on increasing as per the pro rata basis. Please resolve the issue.

Better Plans for other service providers

So today i call to customer care 199 to deactivate this above service he told me that service has been de activate shortly and 35 rupee charges was applicable to me. Vodafone incorrect billing and the worst customer service

I have (sorry had) 6 services for past 8 years and now cancelled all the services with Vodafone just due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and INCORRECT Billing. No responses, false call back promises, incorrect billing and inefficient customer agents who does not know to explain or handle a customer. Fed up of raising a complaint 5 months before and after regular follow ups finally cancelled the services....

Vodafone is not providing the same signal quality as before
