Volercars — refund not received even after 3 months

Address: 7 and B maruthi HBCS,9th AMain road, BTM layout1st stage, Opp Wisdom international School, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560029

I have booked car in month of oct from bangalore to kalahasthi post booking of two days i have received a mail from voler stating my booking is cancelled as the vehicle has been damaged hence refund would be initiated in 15days but it have been 3 months still it has not been refunded and their customer care number is not working and i have not received any resolution kindly. Help to get my refund. Of 3000
