Volercars — refund still not processed

Booked the car on 25th october. Got cancelled by the company on 28th october by sourajit chatterjee. Refund should be processed within 10 to 15 working days as per company policy. But still not credited. I have number of mails assuring the refund but no use they are just postponing the date. I also talked to the customer care representatives number of times and they are not responding seriously and also giving false promises. They are not even lifting my call when i call from my number.

Booked car in volercars, but at the time of booking transaction was failed till now there is no refund from volercars Amount is 10, 525.every time they said will initiate within 15 days but till now 4 months completed, volercars intentionally did this, i already submitted all bank details to do NEFT. kindly do needful.
