This is regarding the pathetic experience I have been experiencing with the VW center in Jalandhar India, Registration number of my car- PB37K0707, chasis number-: MEXE22D24NT003665. I have been facing issues with my VW Virtus Topline since the 2nd month I purchased it.
Firstly the AC had several issues and driver side was not functioning properly also there were serious water leakage issues from the AC vents which resulted in issues with the Air bags. When I visited the service center they returned my car claiming they have resolved the issues but it was never resolved. The water leakage resulted in even more damage to the car then earlier, so when I again reached out to the service Centre and they are figuring out the problems in the car from the last 25 days. I have faced several issues in my day to day life as i car is at the service center from such a long time.
Even after more than 3 weeks my car is still at the service center and now the workers at the VW service center says they have ordered a part which will take another 15-20 days. Like are you guys serious? This is nothing less than mental harassment.
Is this the kind of service quality VW India has to offer? I have spent over 18 lakhs on a Car and this is what I am getting in return. I have no option left than to file a legal complaint against Volkswagen India to raise the issue and even approach the local media if needed.
