[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Shaking Steering wheel when braking, no resolution

I bought the Taigun in January 16 2023 and had faced steering shake while bearing since the beginning. Reported the issue twice (at 1000 km) and specifically asked for resolution in the 7500km vehicle check up on 16 June 2023. The Service Advisor at Sahibabad Service Station (Manoj) didn’t respond to my calls saying that the network is not good. I initiated the calls while the vehicle was with them. I even WhatsApp the issues in detail to his number. The vehicle was dropped to my address without any call, information of work, confirmation of resolution or description of why that issue was there.
I faced the same issue the very next day of driving as the vehicle was dropped around 8PM at night. I called then he asked me to visit again. I visited the station and the expert said there is no issue with the vehicle while we showed him the steering shaking. Then I left the station and made videos of the shake and sent the service Advisor those videos. Videos show the shaking steering and also the vehicle going left while breaking too.
Also I had made a separate complaint about the vehicle app not showing car status regularly and stops for days and then comes back on its own free will. That too wasn’t resolved as when the vehicle was there at the station I was not able to track the vehicle and also when it was dropped back.
