Hiii My self Jotiba nikam i booking ticket from mumbai to belgaum as 29th Nov 2021 My seat no is U17, U18 but driver is not yet picked me as per my borading point one thik VRL bus drivers are very badly behaviour with passenger's Drivers are speaking roudly and badly with passengers it's a showing nonsense attitude with passenger's one think I suggested to VRL Management dont hire this type sily drivers please co operate respectively passengers and I requested please credit urely my refund my Accounts

Postponement of the ticket: Due to the emergency I was not able to travel on the date for which I have booked my ticket. In this regard I requested the concerned to postpone my ticket to the next day. It was 2.30hrs prior to the journey but it was denied. I was not requesting for the cancellation of the ticket Instead I am requesting for the postponement. Why the company has so rigid rules for postponement.
Can the company modify the rules for the postponement of ticket. It will be loss for the passenger where the cost of the ticket will be high in the month end.
