Everyone i travel to nagpur from pune, i prefer travelling by vrl buses. The service is awesome, no competition. The punctuality, bus qualities, maintanance, cleanliness and everything. The one thing that embarrasses me is when the driver stops for dinner, the designated hotel *hotel sai welcome* is very very bad. They serve late first of all then the food is also tasteless as well as the quality of the food is also the worst. I have literally found 3 insects in my dinner tonight. On complaining to the hotel administration they just said it is because of the area and the lights these insects come from and we can't do anything for this. At first the buses use to stop at *hotel shivar* near shikrapur village that hotel was good and also the quality as well as the punctuality of the staff. This new one is hell.
I request you to change the dinner stops decided by you guys for the pune-nagpur route of your multi-axle semi-sleeper b9r and multi-axle sleeper b9r and also single-axle sleeper ashok leyland buses to provide good food to your trustworthy passengers.
I'm your customer since last 4 year travelling by vrl from pune to nagpur and henceforth.
Please look into the matter seriously and in urgent.
