Waveclues — I have ordered a xolo era battery few days ago but still not received any product or confirmation message

I have ordered for xolo era x battery (Order #[protected] and paid the amount of 206.25 on 29/12/2018. The order no is[protected].
There is no progress in the processing of my order. I contacted several times through messages. But there is no reply..
Kindly take action about this otherwise i will take another action for your company and it's may be harmfull
