I have ordered a new battery for mi note 4 mobile in november 2018. And i have pay online payment rs 232. After that it's show only processing, i do not have received my product (Mi note 4 battery).
After that i put many mail then mr. Amit patel reply on this mail only one time & according to him he will give my refund in my account but still i am waiting. I have put many mail but no response and contact details...

Cashfree reference id: 8086917. I have not got my order progress or any response even after many mails. I have not found any contact number for contacting to waveclues.
Please take an action to waveclues and fullfil my request.

I placed an order on jan 3, 2019. The amount was paid in full using instamojo platform. The seller @dinesh goyal at waveclues was unresponsive and never sent out a confirmation email. It was then i researched further and found out the scam he was running from kolkata.

I reached out to instamojo, they then took affirmative action in closing down his seller account and also refunding any unpaid transactions to respective buyers....

Please note that subject order has been placed on 31/10/2018 but still status still showing as processing and we are unable to contact through tolll free no that is showing wrong no.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange delivery of following product as soon as possible and confirm.

I have ordered product from waveclues -. I have ordered mobile battery for samsung galaxy on 5 pro of rs.292/-. They have deducted the amount but not sent my product.

I have received another email stating money is debited from my bank account and payment id is mojo8c27105a35325069 grim instamojo so kindly cross check with your accounts & send the product or return my money.

I have tried...

Wave clues seems fraud website .it is cheating by showing product with less price and accepts only by online debit.
I ordered Lenovo a6000 + battery and paid money (232) through online on Nov 05 but there is no response from wave clues customer care.

I request consumer care authority to take action against wave clues and book a case against wave clues.

I ordered a Micromax YU YUREKA Plus Battery from waveclues.com on 14th December 2018.
The order no is[protected]. Order still in processing state. There are no email id or contact no. of them. Only a contact us link available. There I sent several message but no reply still received. They Cheated my 344 rupees..

Note that on that website there are no office address, contact number or email id....

I ordered moto e3 power battery.. as usual process going on. Amount transaction via payu.in. after that there is no communications.. this is major complaint of all users.. government take very strict action against them.. so people's we should aware of that fraud website.. so spread it to maximum.. they given toll free Number that's fake Number.. even mail I'd also fake.. such a fraud company without fear doing business....
