Waveclues — micromax battery e484

I purchased one battery e 484 and paid rs 220 on 3rd nov 2018
but the item has not been shipped yet
the customer care number displayed in their site is wrong and i can not communicate and they are not answering against my mail.

In this regard I got one call from [protected] and asked for the order id and told the transaction faults do the amount to be refunded and asked for the credit card number and also the last 6 digit number and the date of expiration, I provided but the amount was not received
I contacted my card issuer and came to know that I should not provide the date of expiry and they block my card for my security
I also mailed payu through wchich the transaction has took place but every time mail delivery failed
The customer care number [protected] displayed in waveclus website is also fake
I this waveclus Marchent site is absolutely fake
