Sir i have been an ex employee of this company do you really thing by making 14000 per month and trying to survive in noida will have left me to fight against their team of lawyers legally?
I am also ex-employee of this company and they do things like this. They try to harass employee especially by Vipin sahu, deepika and sonali bora. In this company they dont have clear policy and they change it at their will. They will give you a salary of 14000 per month and will make you sign a bond of 200, 000 in name of training. Do you really think jquery and php has a training cost of 200, 000? They will make you work 12 to 16 hours daily and if you dont they will deduct salary with no reason given. They take adavntage of fresher's who are just out and trying to get a job and they will sign anything without understanding what kind of psysho they have to work under(vipin sahu) if you complaint this to hr you will get a plain simple reply and i am quoting them "Hum kucha nahi ker sakte". In this company people will get fired because vipin sahu's wife doesnt like them because they found a bug in their code and make question about the qualtiy of code. Simple truth is they are taking advantage of freshers mentally harassing them

When you are in service with them, they will behave as if you are their family. After putting papers, all of a sudden they become enemy to you.
This is not true. This is defamatory content & they all are trying to defame the company. This content must be removed from here as confidential data is getting disclosed.
This is not a defamatory content or confidential data. If you have employee of this company than you know how things run here. Don't try to impress directors by posting fake comments here. I know how things are done here. I will just recommend any new fresher don't join this company, learn more skills and there are good job out there where you don't have to do slavery and try to please your egoistic seniors. Just learn more skill there are some great websites to learn coding langs. JUst go and try your best.
This is a fraud company. I myself face the same issue. Priya Verma ( Sr. HR Executive ) of he company also the part of this. They file false complaint against their employees. They ask you to build useless modules also their leads have bad behaviour for their employees.
