[Resolved]  West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — 2 bills paid through qr of phonepe but bill still showing unpaid

I am Shaunak Mishra, resident of Halderpara, Vill PO Krishnadevpur, Dist Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, PIN 713405. (WBSEDCL KALNA BRANCH)

Sir, I would like to inform you that after receiving the bill ( Bill period- January 2021-March 2021 on 26/12/2020. I have paid the outstanding billing amount of Rs.2666.00 through PHONEPE application by QR Code scanning procedure and the payment was successful.The transaction id of that transaction is- T2012301515189220222426( screenshot attached) and the money was deducted from CITI bank account (Achinto Chatterjee) and the money is deposited to WBSEDCL BANK Account. But sir my bill is still showing unpaid on your website and I have not yet received any money receipt document from your side.That's why I am so worried and don't understand what I should do now.

But sir my bill is still showing unpaid on your website and I have not yet received any money receipt document from your side.That's why I am so worried and don't understand what I should do now.

Today (4/1/2021) I visited WBSEDCL KALNA Office and they told me that it is a problem will all QR PAYMENTS and guided me to post the complaint online

So sir please take necessary action as soon as possible

The amount got reversed today and I had to again pay the above mentioned bills and had to pay 118/- extra as the first due date was over for no fault of my own. Their toll free number was unavailable throughout the period and my two complaints got CLOSED by them without them even contacting me once. I mailed them several times but their was no feedback from their part. Pathetic customer service by WBSEDCL.

Amount got reversed today..and I had to again pay the above mentioned bills. I had to pay 118/- extra as the first due date was over for no fault of my own. Pathetic customer service by WBSEDCL
