how it was resolved? I am in same problem.
I have paid bill through Vityut Sahayogi app and Google pay on 29th April. But there was no history of it in the app and the bill was notshowing paid. So I have to pay again. Now I want my first paid money refund. Screenshot of Google Pay's successful transaction is attached.
I also registered a complaint on Vidyut Sahayogi app with a docket no. 47858514
But no status updated there.
Please resolve the problem and make the refund.
