West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Bill paid but still showing unpaid

I have paid a bill on 17.08.2021 of Rs 1874. I have the payment receipt from WBSEDCL too and amount was also debited from my bank account but the the bill is still showing in unpaid section. I have a talk with the customer care of my bank and payment app they also told the payment was successful but still its shows unpaid.
