I paid the bill for March'19 to May'19 through online on 4th March'19and my transaction id is QHMP[protected]. They still took the bill for same on 7th March'19 and didn't mention the bill month on the bill. The bill Receipt No is[protected]. I've tried to adjust the amount for June'19 to August'19 bill, the office executive of WBSEDCL, Contai refuge to do so. I need the amount refund.
