West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Electricity Bill Paid Through BILLDESK BHARAT QR using GOOGLE PAY scanner, Money debited, but WBSEDCL says Payment Failure.

Dear sir/ma'am,
I have paid the bill amount of rupees 4, 455 ( July, August and September combined) on 29.07.21, 9:02PM by scanning the Billdesk Bharat QR code, using Google Pay ( UPI transaction ID[protected] and google transaction ID CICAgOD83PalEg against consumer name Aminur Biswas
( Consumer ID[protected] .
The amount has been debited from my account and google pay is showing that the transaction is successful but WBSEDCL is showing a failure in payment. We have contacted the nearest WBSEDCL office [Chakdaha East, Nadia, West Bengal], but no due action has been taken.
Kindly see it and do take needful action.
