please solve my problem.

This is a very good website

My consumer id is[protected].09/01/2015 this date I paied my electric pill by e-payment. But my bill still show this WBSEDCL website. My bill details is-

Delay in my new electric connection

My name is-Bishal Sarkar, i applied a new electric connection 100days ago & pay quatation amount.But in long times to go had not get my electric connection. I many times to go that please refund my quatation amaunt or give me electric connection. So, my request is please improve this section in kalchini wbsedcl office.
