High Electricity Bill

Hello,
I am Babita Jaiswal from Reckjoani, Rajarhat. I recieved a bill of ₹8134 for the month of August, Sept, Oct. My average bill of 3months is always 12-1300₹ from last 2 years.I have a 320sq/ft one bhk room EWS.
How this much high Electricity bill came for 3months suddenly? I don't have that much electricity consumption.
I am incapable of paying ₹8134, i dont have any income source, i had in rent street food stall and its closed now. Anyhow i am running my family's need. I have to take money from people to pay this bill.
Kindly look into the matter and help me get out of this.I have received notice of power cut if bill not paid by this month Nov, 2020.
