[Resolved]  West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — online bill payment

I have paid the WBSEB electric bill on16th oct ..the transaction description is INB/[protected]/WBSEDCL/ .But wbseb portal shows my bill is still pending..and i am unable to give my this month bill also.. Please help

wbsedcl has not help phone number. if have they cannot help us.
