West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Paid electric bill through phone pay app but till now shown as due payment

Sir / Madam ;
I Budhadev Samanta my Consumar Id is[protected]. I pay the bill Amount of Rs. 2414.00 through Phonepay App on 14/07/2022 being Transaction Id is WPHW[protected]. unfortunately, the said amount was Debited to my bank account but not updated in WBSEDCL portal or not refunded to my bank account.
I contact both Phonepay and WBSEDCL to launch Complain but no one solves the problem. closed
