Sir/Madam,
As I have paid electricity bill on 19th July 2021 through UPI, the transaction was done from my side and the amount was also debited from my account but the beneficiary (the WBSEDCL) confirmed that they haven't received the amount and in our next bill they added that amount along with fine.
As I have paid that bill through WBSEDCL electricity bill using QR code printed on electricity bill with Googlepay scanner. UPI transaction ID[protected] to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank), from Mr. SANTI NATH DEY (State Bank of India), Google transaction ID is CICAgODchpmnAw. The consumer ID is with the name of house owner as we were living in rent. Online payment status shows no history available and receipt for the same is also not generated. However, in Googlepay it was showing the transaction is successful. I request you to refund the amount Rs.2740/- which was debited from my account as it was not accepted by the beneficiary (WBSEDCL).
