I am continuously trying to contact you but you please are not receiving calls. It is very poor service experience from your end. I had give my REDMI 1S for repairing at your service center because i am facing brightness get automatic low issue in latest update.
So requesting you to please give me status of my mobile. I already told you that i want an solution in latest update only. So do not downgrade the existing OS. My work order details are as given below,
