My name is Hemant kawadgiri, I had brought Xiaomi MI4I mobile with lots of positive hope about one year ago.
Soon after I brought the phone, I experienced lot of trouble like heating, hang during use.
Luckily before my warranty expired, the display of phone gave up and key button stopped working.
I had submitted the phone in service centre located at Malad east, Mumbai on 12/07/216, and I have been informed that the problem will be sorted out within 15 days, however still I have not received my cell phone.
I have visited the service centre about 4 to 5 times till the date, always received only hope and false commitment from the rep stating “your phone will be provided to you on next week”.
First, they asked me to pay money even after my cell phone was under warranty giving a reason of physical damage but indeed there was no damage as such.
I guarantee you, MI phones soon will disappear from Indian market if they provide such kind of poor service and Quality of product.
It is utterly shameful to do regular follow up of company service centre. I believe Chinese phone has shown its real image to me and explained me why we should not by MI (Xiaomi) phone.
The nutshell is I have handover my phone about two months ago and still I have not received my phone.
I would request you to provide my as soon as possible, at the mean time I am expediting this issue to all social network and consumer court forum.
