i Purchased MI 4i (dark grey) from mi.com on 16 June, the invoice no of
which is[protected]. The handset was delivered to me on 19th
June which i started using from 24 June. On the same day i realized
that the rear camera of the phone was not working and i reported the
same on Mi customer care. After due verification and hardware test for
the rear camera got failed i was promised a replacement phone from Mi
customer care helpline. Since then no action has been taken by Mi
India and it has been 32 days to the incident. Every time i call Mi
customer care they are just clue less and ask me to wait.
Even after writing to the customer care and speaking to the helpline, ive got fake assurances and no action has been taken. According to the company policy i am eligible for a replacement product within 10 days but its been over a month and nothing has happened.
