I have sent too many complaint mails and still not got satisfactory answer.
I am a regular customer for MI mobiles, i have purchased around 6 handsets from flipkart and got excellent services but when i purchased one hand set from MI India website that was the worst experience of my life. for replacement i am trying too haed and not getting proper response. they are asking me to send handset to them and after 15 days may be they will replace my handset.
This is really a poor service. How will I manage without mobile for 15 days. You should send me hand set and at the same time collect the faulty handset just life flipkart is doing
I am really feeling sad that why I bought handset from MI india website, I should have purchased from flipkart only.
I want my hand set to be replaced and at the same time want new hand set exactly as flipkart is doing
Else I will go to consumer court and I will sue MI india for this. I am a lawyer by profession and can go to media also against this poor service
I want immediate replacement for my handset and new handset at the same time without waiting for replacement
