Xiaomi India — Not provide complete service by xiaomi customer care & service center(kanpur)

My xiomi redmi2 phone is some technical issue not working at 13jun. I am call for help xiomi customer care 3 times from 13jun to 13july, but every time customer care not satisfy me & provide xiomi kanpur service center cont. number & adderess, but service center not receiving my call 15 times.
