Xiaomi India — Redmi 4G note not detecting Sim and Mobile Network.

My new redimi 4G note suddenly stopped functioning and is not detecting SIm card and mobile network. I am undergoing huge mental agony and harassment as there is no service station in my City Jammu J&K state from where i can rectify the defect. Kindly look into my complaint and provide me the resolution at the earliest as i am suffering due to non availability of cell phone at present and even not getting any redressal of my complaint.
