Hello Sir, I bought a Redmi Note 3G phone a month back from flipkart. I had high hopes buying from a brand already having it's marks established in India. The phone worked like a charm. I was totally satisfied by phone's performance until I witnessed that keeping your 5.5" phone in the pocket with proper screen guard and back cover, might make your touch screen unresponsive somehow, even I can't figure out it was due to it or some inherent defect in the phone itself because not a single occasion it has taken a fall or any kind drop which will put it under the category of damage. So I decided to vist the customer service center In Delhi . I deposited my phone and after opening, shockingly they told me the touch screen connector is broken and mother board need to be changed and it will be done out of warranty.
