This is keerthana. I'm from Salem, tamilnadu, India. I purchased a new mobile xolo era 4g, ten days before. Unfortunately I have felt it down, now touch screen not working. I have approached service centers, they said to replace new one touch screen board the cost is 4300. Actually, the mobile is 4444 only. How can I pay this much. Kindly I request u to accept my defective mobile and give me new one...
