Sir, I was purchase qolo q1010i on 26 July 2014. But after few days it shows a problem of battery.when my handset battery was low and I plug it into the socket then after 5 min its shows above 80.kindly I request you plz resolve my problem.

I am also facing same problem with newly brought Xolo Q1010i
When I am charging it will behave strange. Say yesterday it was 26% so I have kept for charge and within 5 min it shows 100% charge.When I removed charging cable it will reduce very quickly. Within half an hour it will goes upto 42%. So I have again plug charging cable. But still it was
decrease from 42% to 41%, 40%, 39% and finally 38%. Then again it will start increase. Once it will reach 42% then it shows 56% person.I am getting totally mad.. Dont know what to do. I got this mobile before 5 days and it behave idotic.
My cell number is +91-[protected]. It is always on (24 x 7 x 365). Dont says that it will un-reachable.
I have many time called customer care center. But all customer executive are very very rough. They didnt care for proper response. They just told me that visit service center. Though I told them that I have already visited service center and they denied for services as mobile is purchase through amazon.in. Then they said can I keep you for hold for one mind. Then no one has given me reply until 10 min. After that call was auto disconnect.
Xolo is really worst in services.
