1(one) XOLO A500S mobile phone was ordered on[protected] from flipkart.com
On 22nd september, 2014 i faced some software oriented problem on my XOLO handset and so i went to the nearest service center at Howrah, West Bengal named BALAJI ENTERPRISE on that same day.
I gave my mobile set to them and then they checked the handset primarily and told to me that,
1) Phone requires software update
2) Display has to be changed.
Then i submitted my handset and the delivery date given to me was 24th september, 2014 but they failed to deliver and the revised delivery date given to me is on 27th september, 2014.
When i went to the service center on 27th september, 2014 to collect the phone, i found that the handset was totally dead. Then i told them that the handset is not working at all, then they told to me " We will again check the handset and you just come on 29th september, 2014".
When i urged them to check the handset now as as it is not possible for me to come on 29th sept 2014 so i can wait now then they replied "ok wait here for two days".This kind of attitude is not acceptable at all.They harass me like anything and i felt insulted.
At the end the conclusion is the handset is not working at all and the status of the handset deteriorated from the time i submitted.
So i took back my handset with a feelings of sheer humiliation.
Please take some strong action against BALAJI ENTERPRISE as early as possible, otherwise i have to register a complaint against XOLO CARE at CONSUMER FORUM.
