I have Xolo Q 900 model, purchase in March 2014 & given to Xolo goregaon west service centre in the month of August 2014 to fix it as the phones touch screen is not working. After follow-up of 1 month with the service centre I got a replacement of XOLO Q900T which is also not working properly it is continuously getting switched off. When spoke to Xolo service center to inform them about the phone problem, they don’t even bother to check what the problem is and told us that if they will check the phone they will keep the phone for another 1 month with them. Or else we have to contact local mobile repair shop.
If Mobile is under warranty why would I go for other mobile shop… I am very surprised after waiting for 1 month I got such a bad experience with Xolo service centre.
Please look into the matter urgently since two months is over to follow –up with Xolo Service centre & we are not getting any positive reply from them. Either give a good replacement or I need my money back.
