I bought 8x-1000 mobile phone on 19 Aug 2014 after doing lots of recharge work and comparing similar devices with the same price tag, and I was really happy with the performance of the device at that time I was only using single sim in slot no 2 which was installed by the phone dealer because as you are aware in this device we cannot change the sim without sim card remover pin, after one weak I bought another 3g sim and found that there is a problem in slot no 1 so I contact my phone dealer, He was also tried to installed different sim card in same slot but after doing multiple attempt he was failed so he did factory reset but the problem was persist so he suggest me to go service center . So today i have visited Mayank service center its code is 1300340 and address is wz168 first floor b block arya samaj road uttam nagar delhi 110059, after submitting my mobile they told me that they will call me in evening, so they called me and told me that they tried to repair my mobile phone but they couldn’t able to solve the problem so they will send my phone in their workshop and it will take almost 25 to 30 days in whole process, so please let me know what is my fault why should I wait one month to get back my phone after using it hardly one weak . Please change my mobile phone ASAP because it is a manufacturing defect & I couldn’t wait one month.
