[Resolved]  Xolo Era — Downloading apps automatically

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good Morning. I Have bought XOLO era_X mobile phone 5 months back thru Amazon. After using one month I found that the Device is downloading unnecessary APPS with out my knowledge. with out touching the mobile apps are being downloaded regularly. Some times some games are also being played automatically. we have resetted it through factory reset also. I am facing so much headache with this. what should I do. Please advice.

I buy my mobile xolo era x this
Is only 1 months old nd he hv a 5 months warranty..
I want to replace my mobile with any other mobile.
So plss help in replacement..

My mobile is xolo era 2. When I am working on applications at that time if i receive SMS, whatsapp message or any notification the current working application automatically closing. Messaging application also automatically closing, mobile getting heavy heat. Some times it is hanging. I brought the mobile one day back only. What should I do now.
