My name is Ashwin Venugopal and i am from mumbai.2 months
back i had ordered for 2 xolo mobiles(Xolo A 600) from snapdeal.I
recieved the mobile in 5 days on the 11th of July 2014.I got this mobile
on EMI.Now both the mobiles got spoilt or both the mobiles had issues
in their touchscreens.I called up snapdeal and asked for a replacement
and as per their company policy they told the molbiles cant be replaced
as we had crossed the 7 days limit, so they suggested to forward my
complaint to the nearest Xolo Service centre.So i went to vasai(Dhani
Industries) which was the nearest service centre.I gave my mobile over
there and in another 2 weeks i recieved one of my mobile which seemed to
be repaired.The other mobile was sent to noida for repair and it took a
month.the other mobile came saying that its been repaired but when i
went to the service centre and checked the mobile it was the same, THE
MOBILE HAD THE SAME ISSUE.The head of the service centre told me that
they will repair it and give it to me.So i waited again. Now after 10
days the other mobile had touchscreen issues and even that got spoilt.So
i returned back that mobile too.Now even that mobile was sent back to
noida again for repair.Finally after 20 days both the mobiles were
repaired and i went to collect it.now the mobile which came from noida
had the same issues, which wasnt repaired and the other mobile was
replaced with a white panel which seems to be working properly now.This
is really irritating and unacceptable.when i call the service centre
they dont pick up and when i call the call centre of XOLO, they only know
one sentence and that is "REPAIR HO JAYEGA SIR".Now who is responsible
for such iresponsible work and when am i goin to get my mobiles repaired
properly.
