Xolo — incoming sms not received every time

I am so upset from my phone xolo era2 due to most of time when go for any work for msg i could not received msg.
If i go for aadhar card link from xolo mobile i will not recivd msg

If i go for other mobile then i will reved msg

So pls send me msg setting in this mobile no any msg center whose i edditing so pls help me.
From last 3 day i am so not happy due to i did atm transtion but i not recvd and also go aadhar card linking but i not recvd from this mobile on every time

My phone's microphone is not working while calling . it works normally in WhatsApp voice msg and voice recording. Only while calling the person on the other end can't hear me.

dont wait give this phone service station and asking replacement of phone.
Dont accept repairing within short time your motherboard will be fail.
I have same experinced, after warranty they can not do anything.
Its unethically practing company. Dont wait so go fast.

Sir/mad'am I can't send sms by my XoLO A1010 it shows that sms not send
what is the issue and how can i fix it.
