I had purchased a brand new xolo X1000 . I started facing issues related to sim card detection and battery. I gave my cell phone at your service Center in Macromobile- (xolo Care) Mumbai. The time taken to service my phone was too long and the quality of the service was disgusting. I was given back my phone on two occasions and the phone was at both times dead and had to be returned to the service center.
I purchased this phone trusting the reputation of intel whose processor is used in my phone. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of service and the product performance overall. More than 50% of my warranty period my phone was with your company at the service center. I had to purchase a replacement phone as this phone was not available for use for almost 4 months now. Why should anyone pay Rs. 19000 and by a xolo phone when the quality and service is so bad.
I have been very mentally disturbed due to the unavailability of my phone. Further the apathy of your service center personal has heightened my woes. Total lack of response or concern towards customers seems to be your company policy.
I have been harassed for almost 4 months now and still there seems to be no sign of getting my phone back. I wish to approach consumer forum but thought I would contact you first.
I request you to please provide me with a brand new phone as a replacement as my phone has only been made worse after I left it at your service center. Also, since my phone spent so much time at the service center during the warranty period I want an extended warranty for the phone you provide me with.
This xolo phone was the first time I purchased such a high end phone after collecting money with lots of efforts. Is it really my mistake that I decided to trust your company products without it having a sterling reputation like samsung. It would have been better if I purchased a cheaper model of Samsung at least I would have a phone to use.
This issue has been pending very long request you to look into it at the earliest. I hope you can understand my situation and patience level.
