[Resolved]  Xolo — Mobile Not Working

I purchased XOLO BLACK on 4th January and it have charging problem as well as touch problem. I gave it to service center but now service center is saying it will take more time since touch is not working. Can you please see the problem soon.

XOLO era 4k is not charging fast
It has 4000mAh battery and 2A charger I have tried with different 2A charger
From 5-6 days it takes 8 hrs to full charger where it use to take 2-3 hrs
I have done factory & hard reset but didn't help
Pls help...
