Xolo — multiple problems with xolo era 1x gunmetal black

There is no end to the technical problems of this phone - xolo era 1x.
1. Contacts failed to load or takes 10 mins. To 1 hour to load after using other apps like whatsapp, facebook, gmail, browser, etc.
2. Hangs/stop very frequently - multiple times every day.
3. Shuts down and restart itself frequently.
4. Vibrates and black out now and then in the midst o[censored]se.
5. Headphone connection doesn't work well.
These problems have been persisting since i bought it last year. External memory 16gb is also mounted to reduce problem if any of the problem is related to memory shortage, but no improvement in the performance. I am really dissatisfied that xolo is releasing such faulty product in the market and cheating customers.
