My phone is stooped working just after 7 days of purchase, i raised the consumer complaint on this forum and after that i received call from xolo care and person said i have to visit the xolo service center.
On saturday 06aug2016 i have visited nearest service center and they said your phone has physical damage in some internal part, very bad even i haven't used phone more than 5 to 6 days.
After that i have talked to xolo customer care executive on this number[protected] and customer care executive said please send an email and attached phone snap shot and invoice copy and we will give you reply in next 24hrs but i didn't receive any response from xolo after 2days. And also now if i am trying to call xolo customer care on [protected] then can't connect, perhaps they have blocked my number.
I need immediate action on this. I knew that company will have many things to tell on if we will visit service center. Need immediate attention on my complaint because i don't have time to visit service center many times, the nearest service center is 12 km from my residence. I am attaching the snap shot of response given by service center.
