Dear sir,

Maine yh mobile september, 2017 mein flipcart k through kharida tha. Is phone mein shuru se hi aawaz ki problem rahi h; aawaz ya to cut-cut kar aati h ya bilkul hi sunaai nahin deti (Mujhe bhi & dusari taraf). Isake alaava isame 4g volte system bhi sahi nahi chalta. Jiske kaaran volte sign aane k baad bhi aap se contact karna muskil hota h.

Sir, my handset is not working properly. It take too much time to open any app. It's response is very slow. Whenever i am in an app, it start displaying message of app not rrsponding and then suddenly come out from the app. Now tell me what to do.
