[Resolved]  Xolo — Q 1200 Handset Problem

Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Xolo handset, as per below details. Make : Xolo / Model : Q1200 / IMEI # : [protected] / Purchase Date : 15 June 2014. I experienced the problem of battery getting discharged at rapid pace. The problem was observed within 2 months of purchase. Subsequently, I got it checked at company's authorized service centre. Battery swelling was noticed and the mobile screen was also found popped up from one of the edges. Further to this, the handset was sent to company vide work order #[protected] dated 17 August 2014. I wonder how such a premium handset caused problem barely within 2 months of purchase? Even after 1 month, I am yet to get the handset back. One month is too long time for repairing, especially for a manufacturing company like Xolo. I'm in no position to wait any longer. Kindly replace my handset with a new one immediately.
