I m having xolo black and i hav just buyed it 5 months ago m in these 5 months i have submitted my xolo black 4 times in service centre with different problems.Xolo customer care is doing nothing just delaying day by day so i request to refund me i dont even want to replace my phone i just want my money back.Even the xolo company is not responding well .It seems as if they are less cared selling something is really easy bt after selling a good n then not providing proper service is not good.as per records this phone is really creating a problem i really dont care i dont want my phone back from cervice centre now i want my money back

I have xolo era 4k mobile in my phone only outer glass is broken but display is ok I go to care he told me that you have to buy display with glass not only outer glass so why can I not get only glass?
