I have purchased a mobile Model Q900 make XOLO (LAVA) on 13.02.2014, IMEI of phone -[protected].
After few months phone showed display touch issues. I submitted the phone at Vasai Service Center(Dani industries pvt ltd, 2nd floor, Ananad nagar Vasai west-401202 Thane district, Maharashtra) submitted on 18.07.2014. Job sheet no[protected]. After 25 days they returned my phone and said they replaced the display. But the changed display was also faulty. Service center people said to me submit the phone again. But vasai service center closed (shutdown) for ever.. I was asked to submit the phone at Borivali service center.
On 19.8.2014 I submitted the phone at Borivali service center (We Care Service, 115, V-Star Plaza, Chandravarkar Road. Borivali West, Mumbai-400092, Phone-[protected]) JOB sheet No[protected]. After 31 days they informed me my phone was ready . I visited the service center. They gave me a phone(IMEI no-[protected]) but it was not mine. They said it’s swapping instead of my original phone I had to use this phone. I was agreed to use that phone. Here is the problem that phone was not working properly. Touch issue. on off issue, One customer submitted that phone on Rajasthan service center .His all data’s were there in the phone. Even not formatted the phone. I didn’t accept the phone. I contacted with area service manager . he said to me within 7 days resolve the problem. Service center people issued me a new job sheet and closed the old job sheet. They issued me manual job sheet (job sheet no-027). They said they couldn’t provide computer generated job sheet because that work is under processing at Rajasthan service center.
I understand one thing simply they collect from phone any service center and send to other service center without proper checking. I waited for few days. On 25.09.2014 I received call from service center and informed me my phone was ready. I visited the service center and checked the phone. It was the same phone that they gave me the last time and the phone was not working properly. I didn’t accept the phone. Service center people said to me wait for other 15 to 20 days. I called the customer care several times. Their answer was routine wait for few days or contact with service center. Area service manager also said the same thing.
On 06.10.2014 I received SMS from service center. Message was created a new job sheet no[protected] and expected date of delivery of phone on .07.11.2014.
My phone still at service center. Out 12 months warranty 4months phone in service center. (Mangalyan (MOM) process took only 12 months to reach on Mars. BUT repairing a XOLO mobile takes more time than this) Very ..very bad service. Bad customer service care.
For using internet and other apps I took smartphone. Its important to check internet and other apps daily. I lost my valuable time. Money, mental agony, harassment. Laps my warranty
Finally I decide to go consumer court to get compensation. I deserve it Was this information helpful? |
