[Resolved]  Xolo — Wrong invoice

We have received xolo era x before five days we have found imei number in mobile phone and in invoice both are differant. We have visit xolo service center, mehsana (Gujatat) it also told that invoice wrong and not match imei number so it told us we can't give you any service without original or right invoice so please provide right invoice otherwise return mobile.

Purchased 17th November 2015 now phone is dead not powering on took this to the service centre in lucknow UTTAR PRADESH they are saying that battery and PCB needs to be replaced at a cost of 1560 how can all this happen in just 13 months they giving 1 month warranty on replacement will it last as original did not last even 13 months
